ABOUT ME
I am an English major/executive recruiter turned psychologist, giving me unique experience to help you with your graduate applications and career goals. I made a career shift and went back to school for psychology, earning admissions into a full-funded Clinical Psychology PhD program 2 years after pivoting career paths with no previous psychology experience. I have navigated all of the different pathways and options into admissions into the graduate program of your choice and am here to help you see it is never too late to make that career switch!
EXPERIENCE
I am a clinical psychology doctoral PhD student at George Mason University outside of Washington DC. I am completing my doctoral internship at the University of Chapel Hill’s School of Medicine. My research and clinical work focuses on childhood trauma and couple and family outcomes. I also focus on the perinatal period and helping couples and families adjust to parenthood. I have applied and was accepted into several prestigious MSW programs, many clinical psychology PhD and PsyD programs and received interview invitations to many competitive clinical psychology doctoral internship programs. I have volunteered in research labs and worked as a clinical extern in many settings and have the first-hand experience to help you on your path to becoming a psychologist.
I’d love to help you find your new path. See how you can work with me to discover how you can pursue your dream career.
